  • Perfect Patient Awards can be ordered by any medical provider that treats pediatric patients within a 10-mile radius of our participating SONIC locations!

  • Yes! SONIC provides these as a way to encourage community engagement by building positive associations and relationships between medical providers and children.

  • Each Perfect Patient Award provides a free small slush to each recipient!

  • Each order provides 50 Perfect Patient Awards! Orders can be placed monthly.

    Due to the frequency of availability, a higher number cannot be requested and missed or skipped months of ordering will not be combined with a current order. Be sure to opt-in to our automated reminders when ordering so you never miss a month!

  • Awards will be sent directly to your practice! Mailing takes up to 2 weeks after orders are submitted. Rush requests will not be honored.

 
 

Move-In Offer

  • Our move-in offers can be ordered by any residential housing complex within a 10-mile radius of our participating SONIC locations. Orders must be placed by an employee of property management using an official email address.

  • Yes! SONIC provides these as a way to welcome new residents to the neighborhood and help them find their local drive-in by inviting them to stop by!

  • Up to 20 move-in offers can be ordered a month! Due to the frequency of availability, a higher number cannot be requested and missed or skipped months of ordering will not be combined with a current order.

  • If the move-in offers are used outside of move-in packets, partnership with SONIC may be discontinued and denied in the future.

  • Each move-in offer provides a free menu item from SONIC*!

    *Items may vary by location or offer a discounted item instead due to number of participating partners in the area

Group Deals

  • While our Group Deals do not offer the full SONIC menu, this program focuses on convenience and savings for large groups! Maybe you’re feeding the band or a sports team at an away game or planning a staff appreciation surprise for school staff. Whatever the occasion, we make it easy to plan and save money!

  • While the discount on drinks ordered through the SONIC app and our Group Drink Deal is the same, our Group Meal Deal offers discounts available exclusively to our Community Partners though!

    There are some advantages exclusive to our Group Deals listed below!

    When ordering through the app:

    - At this time, drink orders through the app cannot exceed $75.

    - For food and drinks, tax exemption cannot be applied or cannot be adjusted after payment has been made through the app.

    - You will be subject to normal wait times that accommodate for any customers present on lot when ordering through the app.

    When ordering through our Group Deal:

    -*Drinks can be individually labeled with the recipients’ names and orders!

    -Our discounts offered on our Group Meals are not available through the app.

    -Food and/or drinks are prioritized for your coordinated pick-up time! At the time of pick-up, all you need to do is pay and our crew will help you load up!

    *Drinks are only individually labeled when individuals select their preferred drinks when ordering.

  • Our provided order forms ensure that all necessary information is collected for each Group Deal.

    With our Group Drink Deal, this not only helps us, but also you! The information collected allows us to generate labels for each drink (for individually ordered drinks only) making distribution easier for you!

    Many people assume that our full menu is available through our Group Deals, but unfortunately this is not the case. The provided order forms will only feature available items and options, keeping your total cost to an expected amount.

    For health and safety reasons, we require that our provided order forms are used so that it is clearly indicated which of our products are diet and/or sugar free. This also prevents requests for products that are no longer offered on our menu.

  • For large orders, it can be a challenge to get them made while keeping things running smoothly! By providing a minimum of 3 days notice, we are able to coordinate with your nearest participating SONIC location to ensure that they can fulfill your order while providing excellent customer service.

    While large orders can be made on the same day, this will be done through the SONIC app or on lot instead. The order will not be eligible for the featured discount and will not be prioritized for a scheduled pick-up. There is also no guarantee that enough product will be available to accommodate the large order.

  • As our program has developed, we have balanced the needs of both our community partners and stores. All around the nation, food costs have been on the rise, as is reflected in our prices.

    With our Group Drink Deal, many community partners provided thoughtful feedback that emphasized the importance of tax exemption reflecting on tickets for accounting purposes instead of lower totals that included sales tax. To improve this program, we have adjusted the discount offered to incorporate tax exemption for all.

 
 

Summer Reading Award

  • All awards provide a free small slush to the recipient!

  • Yes! SONIC values community and education and Summer Reading Awards are a way to give back and support both!

  • Any public library can order up to 200 awards for their summer reading program once per calendar year. At this time, school libraries are not eligible for this program.

  • Awards will be sent directly to the provided address*. Rush requests will not be honored.

    *Awards will take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive after orders are submitted.  We recommend planning ahead with enough time for mailing when coordinating for summer reading programs.

  • All summer reading awards expire 9/1.
